Privacy Policy

Account data

Registration stores your name, email, and a hash of your password. The email is the username for later sign-in. The password itself is not stored.

Billing data

Subscriptions store the plan, status, and period dates. Invoices store the number, description, amount, currency, and issue time. PayPal handles the payment account. HexaGuard does not store card numbers.

Messages

Contact messages are sent to support@hexaguard.online and may be saved so the team can reply.

HTTPS

The service is published at https://hexaguard.online. Plain HTTP requests are redirected to HTTPS.

Deletion

Write to support@hexaguard.online to ask for account deletion. Some invoice rows may need to remain where tax rules require a billing record.
