Names, emails, and invoice rows stay in your database. Invoices open only after the account password. Sessions use HTTP-only cookies and the site is served at https://hexaguard.online.

Repeated emails, phone numbers, and reference codes are held so a second entry is not treated as a new person without a review.

Case is for promotions: who entered, which source the entry came from, and a trail a compliance reviewer can follow after the draw.

Anti-fraud scoring
Intelligence names the rule, such as a disposable email domain or a reused reference. The score is a reason to look, not a conviction.
